Great location and friendly staff
The staff were warm. My room was spacious and clean, exactly what I needed. I did find the lounge seating to be a bit uncomfortable.

It is reasonably priced. The atmosphere of the hotel is contemporary! The rooms are recently refurbished with large bathrooms and have a comfortable interior. Also, the location is good and absolutely perfect, minutes from Life Science Centre.

The stay for a business trip certainly was good value. The hotel was fairly clean and had really polite and outstandingly accommodating staff on shift.

The room we had was exceptionally comfortable and complete with full cooked breakfast, good view, comfy beds. The staff was amazing and fantastic and our experience was fantastic overall. Besides, the location was stunning for our stay, within 20 minutes' walk of Venue.

Location
Have stayed here before, hotel seems to have gone a bit downhill since the last time I stayed, more along the lines of a budget hotel, ie. Toiletries now in big dispensers rather than the smaller personal ones.

nice room. comfy beds glad we seem to have been put in rooms away from large partying groups. Expected it to be noisy but was ok
delay at check in as a number of stag /hen nights all at desk. was a bit off putting as they already been drinking. no trouble tho

Excellent location beside train station and metro arena. City centre and shopping on your door step, great city for getting around on foot. Friendly people, weather was fab which made all the difference for exploring.Staff at hotel reception could not have been more helpful in helping us get our barings. Would definetly recommend.
Bar could be a little bigger, food was lovely, hence all the people.

Consider asking for a room with a lower floor if accessibility is a concern. it simplifies moving around the hotel and nearby attractions.
